This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegations aga
inst the petitioners, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by
the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed j
ust and proper, in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case
No.341 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
