dditional Standing Counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegat
ions against the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by t
he Arresting Officer, in the event of his arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed just
and proper, in connection with Dhusuri P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.357
of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak including the conditions that:
1. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investing Officer twice in a
week on the date and time fixed by the Investing Officer, till the submission of Final Form.
2. He shall not involve himself in similar or any other offences during currency
of this order.
3. He shall not threaten induce or coerce the victim or any of his family members
and shall not interfere in their privacy in any manner.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
