 02. 09.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and
learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.
 The petitioners are implicated in the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC
 and other allied offences and offence punishable under Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

 So far as the offence punishable under Section 307 is concerned, it is fairly
submitted at the bar that the allegation is against the husband and in-laws of the informant.

 Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, nature of allegations aga
inst the petitioners, it is directed that each of the petitioners shall be released on bail by
 the Arresting Officer, in the event of their arrest, on such terms and conditions as deemed j
ust and proper, in connection with Rambha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case
 No.334 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
