Advocate.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act in C.T. Case No.1463/2015 of the court of learn
ed SDJM, Balasore, arising out of Marine Balaramgodi P.S. Case No.14/2015.
 It is apparent from the records that the kerosene oil has been seized from a h
ouse, which was locked from outside. The FIR does not indicate that the house belongs to the p
resent petitioner. It is further seen from the records that the petitioner is a permanent resi
dent of Puruna Balasore, P.S. Balasore Town, Dist. Balasore. So, there is no chance of his abs
conding from justice. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no other cr
iminal case pending against the petitioner.

 Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration, anticipatory bail application is

allowed.

 Let the petitioner surrender before the learned SDJM, Balasore in the aforesai
d case within 21 days and pray for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such t
erms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. In case the petitione
r is arrested by the police in the meantime, he shall be produced before the learned Magistrat
e within 24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
