Advocate.

 The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 323, 294 and 506 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.641/2015 of the court of learned JMFC
, Chandikhol, arising out of Balichandrapur P.S. Case No.84/2015. Charge-sheet has been filed.
 Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, anticipat
ory bail application is allowed.

 Let the petitioner surrender before the learned JMFC, Chandikhol in the afores
aid case within 21 days and pray for bail. On such event, he shall be released on bail on such
 terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned Magistrate. In case the petitio
ner is arrested by the police in the meantime, he shall be produced before the learned Magistr
ate within 24 hours and the learned Magistrate shall grant him bail as directed above.
. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
