nment Advocate.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence
under Sections 498-A, 323, 325 and 506/34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibit
ion Act in G.R. Case No.621 of 2015 of the court of learned J.M.F.C.(P)., Kujanga, arising out
of Paradeep Lock P.S. Case No.108 of 2015.
Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the facts of the case, applicati
on for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioners in the aforesai
d case, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions a
s deemed just and proper by him.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
