We are passing this order in continuation to the earlier orders dated 13.01.2025, 18.03.2025, 09.06.2025, 29.07.2025, 27.10.2025 and 05.02.2026.

Learned senior counsel for the applicant has agreed that in this case, compensation to the legal heirs of the deceased has already been paid and the amount of interim Environmental Damage Compensation (EDC) has also been levied from Respondent No.1Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd./Project Proponent. Therefore, the only issue, which

is left to be considered, is the calculation of the final amount of EDC, to be assessed by Respondent No.3- GPCB.

In view of above, we dispose of this application with the direction to Respondent No.3- GPCB to calculate the final amount of EDC within a period of one month from the date of uploading of this order after providing an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and levy the same from Respondent No.1- Project Proponent. If any grievance remains thereafter, the remedy is available with the parties to approach the appropriate Forum.

A copy of the order of levying of the final amount of EDC shall be served by Respondent No.3- GPCB upon the parties concerned.
