IA No. 321/2025 has been filed by one Rakesh Kumar and five others

seeking impleadment in the Original Application (OA) on the ground that they are likely to be affected from the outcome of this OA, as they are the co-owners of the land situated in Khasra No. 38 Min. which is the part of subject matter of dispute in this OA. The IA is not opposed by any of the Respondents. On due consideration, IA No. 321 is allowed.

Counsel for the Applicant is directed to the amend the cause title of the OA. The newly added Respondents are granted four weeks’ time to file the reply/objection to the report of the joint Committee. Rejoinder, if any, can be filed within six weeks.

IA No. 343/2026 has been filed by the applicant for conducting geospatial survey of the drain in question. Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a copy of this IA to the counsel for the Respondents within one week who will have an opportunity to file reply to this IA within four weeks.

IA No. 345/2026 has been filed by the Applicant to initiate action against the Respondents No. 1 and 2 for non-compliance of the order dated 31.07.2024 and 27.11.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the joint Committee constituted by the Tribunal has not done the needful in terms of the order dated 31.07.2024 and 27.11.2025.

The record reflects that the joint Committee initially filed the factual status report dated 08.11.2024, thereafter, the joint Committee has again filed the second report on 16.02.2026. The joint Committee has placed on record the status which it could ascertain on basis of the spot inspection and the material available. Hence, we find no ground to issue any direction in IA No. 345/2026 which is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the GNCTD is directed to file a legible copy of the report of the joint Committee dated 16.02.2026 within two weeks.
