No.88/2026/EZ has been filed by respondent no.10 for passing an order allowing the Applicant to undertake such essential maintenance and preservation at the project site as may be necessary to prevent further deterioration of the partially completed structures, including protection of exposed reinforcement against corrosion, maintenance of the Underground Reservoir, removal of accumulated rainwater, maintenance of drainage arrangements, removal of uncontrolled

vegetation, upkeep of shuttering and formwork already erected and such other ancillary maintenance works as may be necessary.

Learned counsel for the applicant and other respondents have no objection if I.A. No.88/2026/EZ is allowed.

In view of the reasons mentioned and also no objection, I.A. No.88/2026/EZ is allowed and respondent no.10 is allowed to undertake such essential maintenance and preservation at the project site as may be necessary to prevent further deterioration of the partially completed structures, including protection of exposed reinforcement against corrosion, maintenance of the Underground Reservoir, removal of accumulated rainwater, maintenance of drainage arrangements, removal of uncontrolled vegetation, upkeep of shuttering and formwork already erected and such other ancillary maintenance works as may be necessary.
