After the order was dictated, Mr. Hirak Mathur, Proxy Counsel appeared on behalf of Counsel Sh. Rohan Gupta saying that he is appearing for MoEF&CC and reply has been filed on 14.07.2026. No such reply has come on record. Office is directed to examine and place it on record, if it is defect free.
