Learned Counsel for the applicant has appeared along with the applicant and has submitted that the applicant came to know about these proceedings only yesterday and has sought only one opportunity to file objections to the joint inspection report. Prayer is allowed.

I.A. No. 93/2026 has been filed by respondent no. 1 and 3 seeking amendment of the cause title on the ground that National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide order dated 27.04.2022 had approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. and Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd and all the business, properties, activities, operations, investments etc; pertaining to the manufacturing units of Dhampur Sugar

Mills Ltd., at Asmoli, Meerganj and Mansurpur are transferred and vested in a new parent company namely Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., on a going concern basis. In view of this, amendment of cause title and change of description of respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 have been sought. On due consideration IA is allowed. Along with the IA an amended memo of parties has been filed. Office tis directed to cross-check the amended memo of parties and take it on record.

Respondent no. 1 & 3 have filed the reply dated 15.04.2026 and respondent no.2 has filed the reply on 16.04.2026.

It will be open to the applicant to file rejoinder, if required, within four weeks.
