The applicant has filed the Original Application under Sections 14, 15 and 20 read with Section 18 (1) and 18 (2) of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 which has been registered as O.A. No. 45/2026/EZ.

The applicant has raised grievance regarding serious environmental violations in respect of the Rahadpur Cluster, including illegal and uncontrolled blasting operations in breach of the Environmental Clearance conditions.

The above said application came up for hearing on 10.03.2026 on which date the same was adjourned to 04.05.2026 for hearing on the question of admission.

The applicant has filed I.A. No. 30/2026/EZ seeking early hearing on the grounds that uncontrolled blasting activities are continuing in the Rahadpur Cluster causing grave environmental consequences, immediate threat to the surrounding areas and damage to Ranibanda Dam and Paikarapur Dam and if the application for early hearing is not allowed, local environment may suffer irreparable loss.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the applicant and gone through the relevant record.

In view of the averments made in the Original Application, attending facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons mentioned in I.A. No. 30/2026/EZ, the same is allowed and the case is preponed for early hearing to 19.03.2026.
