2. Declare that the order dated 29/11/2024 herein annexed as Annexure A-4 passed by The Assistant Commissioner is non-est, illegal and against the provision of section 4 of Madhya Pradesh Vriksha Ka Parirakshan Adhiniyam, 2001.

3. Direct the respondent authorities to take fresh permission for cutting of trees in accordance with the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Vriksha Ka Parirakshan Adhiniyam, 2001.
4. Impose penalty for cutting of around 250 trees illegally.
5. Pass any other order as it may deem fit in interest of justice.”
