1. Heard the learned counsels.
2. There is no serious objection for condoning the delay from the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and having been satisfied with the same, the delay of 58 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
3. Accordingly, the delay condonation application [I.A. No.13 of 2026(SZ)] is allowed.

4. Let notice be issued to the respondents through the Tribunal as well as privately.
