Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This Misc. Application is filed with a prayer that the impugned order dated 03.06.2025 passed by this Tribunal in Appeal No.18 of 2025 (WZ) read with I.A. No.35 of 2025 (WZ) (Ludovico Goveia Vs. GCZMA & Anr.) may be modified, wherein in paragraph No.9, the expression that “ this Judgment relates to some other subject and not the subject involved herein ” needs to be deleted from the said order because that statement was never made by the learned counsel for the appellant when the dictation of the said order was given by this Tribunal in that appeal in open Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that this is a clerical error,

which may be corrected. However, we are of the view that modification as

prayed to be made by the applicant would amount to review of the order dated 03.06.2025 passed in Appeal No.18/2025 (WZ), for which a proper Review Application needs to be filed and pursuant to filing of the same, notices will have to be issued to the other parties and thereafter, after hearing all the parties, this kind of correction may be made. Therefore, we dismiss this Misc. Application with liberty to the applicant to move an appropriate/proper Review Application, subject to limitation.
