IA No. 268/2025 has been filed by the Industrial Area - A Dyers Association seeking impleadment on the ground that this is an Association of 19 units located at Industrial Area - A Ludhiana which is a part of the dyeing industry. The plea of the Applicants is that they are likely to be affected by any order passed in these proceedings and they are being insisted upon to adopt the ZLD. It is not in dispute that the Applicants in the IA are likely to be affected by the order passed in these proceedings, therefore, they are necessary parties in the matter. Hence, IA No. 268/2025 is allowed and amended memo of parties be prepared.

The Applicant appearing in person is granted 10 days time to file reply to the IA No. 270/2025, an application for direction at the instance of the intervener.

So far as IA No. 269/2025 is concerned, it is an application seeking exemption from filing illegible/typed copies of the dim documents. The IA is allowed subject to the condition that the Applicant will place on record the legible/typed copies of the documents on which he wants to rely upon.

Learned Senior Counsel Mr Takkar appearing for some of the respondents submits that a copy of the written submission-cum-rejoinder filed by the Applicant was received only yesterday afternoon and seeks time to examine the same.
