JUDGMENT
1. The above Original Application was initially listed on 15.05.2024 under the caption “For Admission” . Since there was no representation for the applicant, it was adjourned to 16.05.2024. Even, on 16.05.2024, there was no representation for the applicant and again, it was adjourned to 24.07.2024 under the same caption.
2. Thereafter, when the matter was taken up on 24.07.2024, one Mr. Manivannan, who represented Mr. S.V. Bhat, the learned counsel on record, sought time. Hence, the matter was posted to 06.08.2024 under the caption “For Dismissal” .
3. Despite granting opportunities for the applicant for the last hearings viz., 15.05.2024, 16.05.2024 and 24.07.2024, the applicant has not shown up even today (i.e. 06.08.2024) either in person or through their counsel.
