The prayer in I.A. No. 42/2024 is that the Society Members and Bhopal Municipal Corporation may also be added as Respondent. The similar prayer has been made in I.A. No. 69/2024, the grounds for impleading the person are to the fact that the society headed by Mrs. Shalini Garhwal is responsible for maintenance of the STP and other consequential arrangements and in view of the fees deposited and agreement or application by the Respondent the municipal corporation is also responsible to maintain and to be impleaded as party respondent.

Bhopal Municipal Corporation is already impleaded as respondent no. 3 and the reply has been filed.

Learned Counsel for the municipal corporation has submitted that the area has been covered under Amrut Project-2 and the construction/maintenance of the roads, maintenance of the sewage network all are to be done under the Amrut Project-2.

In view of the above we implead Mrs. Shalini Garhwal, resident of – Flat No. 101, Plam Crest Multi-storied Complex, Bagh Mugaliya, Bhopal as a respondent. Notice be issued to the newly added respondent to submit the reply and the I.A. No. 42/2024 and I.A.No.69/2024 stand disposed of accordingly.

This application has been moved by the Gulab Nagar Housing Cooperating Society with the prayer to consider the notices issued by the State Pollution Control Board whereby and whereunder environmental compensation have been assessed by State PCB and notices were issued to recover it.

Action taken report has been filed by the State PCB with the facts that against four project proponents the PCB has calculated the environmental compensation and notices have been issued. The matter is under consideration before the State PCB. Learned counsel for the respondent has sought a short time to file the reply/objection. The same may be filed within 15 days.
