The facts of the case are that the Appellants e-filed the Memo of Appeal on 22.07.2026. The Office after scrutiny of the Memo of Appeal on 07.08.2026, intimated the defects to the Appellants on the same day. The Appellants re-filed the Appeal on 27.08.2026.
None appeared on behalf of the Appellant. Perused the averments made in the IA as well as Office report.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the IA, which are found to be sufficient, the delay of 13 day in re-filing the Memo of Appeal is hereby condoned.
