This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2^nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's application dated 27.01.2026 seeking rectification of mistake of his wife's name in the Patta bearing Patta No.2996, in respect of our property comprised in Survey No.1020/6, Sevugampatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, as Thangamani wife of Solairajan instead of Thangamani S/o. Ayyadurai.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs

the respondents to rectify the mistake in the Patta, bearing Patta No. 2996, pertaining to the petitioner's property located in Survey No. 1020/6, within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
