PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1^st respondent to modify/alter the order passed by him in his proceedings in Moo.Mu.No.2671561/2024/C6, dated 29.09.2025 and pass appropriate order by considering the petitioner's petition/review dated 28.01.2025 within the period stipulated by this Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent for expeditious disposal of the review petition filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner has suffered an order at the hands of the first respondent on 29.09.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a review on 28.01.2026 and the same is pending before the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to

consider the review application filed by the writ petitioner and pass orders within a period of 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
