PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to return the petitioner's original certificates and documents along with the post-graduate and super speciality degree certificates.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to return the petitioner’s original certificates and documents, including his postgraduate and super speciality degree certificates.

2. The petitioner completed the D.M. course on 31.01.2024. Though

the petitioner was ready and willing to render bond service, posting orders were not issued. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking return of the original certificates.

The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, on written

instructions, submitted that posting orders have not been issued to the petitioner. Therefore, it is evident that the petitioner cannot be faulted for not performing the bond service.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the fifth respondent is directed to return all the original certificates to the petitioner as and when she appears in person.

With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
