The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate action against the sixth respondent from putting up or using any building for fireworks shop, explosive storage or any commercial activity in the residential lay out situate at Saminaham Panchayat,Sivakasi Taluk,on the basis of the Petitioner’s representation, ated 9.2.2026.

building plan permission for putting up commercial building and so far, construction has not been completed. In such circumstances, the apprehension of the Writ Petitioner is unfounded

3.It is needless to point out that the sixth respondent cannot put up any building for fire workshop, explosive storage or any commercial activity in the residential lay out situate at Saminaham Panchayat, Sivakasi Taluk without obtaining building plan permission from the competent authorities.

4.With the above said observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
