This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the necessary permission, issue vehicle passes for transporting pooja materials, hand over the keys to the back doors (Yuthirajan Mutram / Kudavarai Vasal) and the front doors (Pathinettampadi Karuppana Swamy Thirukadhavugal), and extend all customary facilities to the petitioners and their family members to perform the 2026 Aadi Pournami Pathinettampadi Karuppannaswamy Sandhana Kappu Kattalai / Abhishekam at Arulmigu Kallalagar Temple, Alagarkoil, Madurai District, scheduled to be held from 12.00 noon on 29.07.2026 till 6.00 p.m. on 30.07.2026, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2026 and the proceedings of the first respondent dated 24.07.2026.

2 . This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage after hearing

the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2026, the first respondent / Joint Commissioner / Executive Officer has passed orders in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1443/2026/A4, dated 25.07.2026. The learned Standing Counsel further submitted that the petitioner refused to receive the said proceedings and, thereafter, obtained a listing slip from this Court for the matter to be taken up.

4 . Since orders have already been passed by the first respondent, no further directions are required to be issued in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
