Although the petitioner has sought for a relief in this Court for refund of Rs.3,25,600/-, being the security deposit and earnest money deposit, paid by the petitioner for tender process for retail shop No.6842, Ramanathapuram District, I am not inclined to give any positive direction in this case without counter. However, I am inclined to direct the respodents to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representations dated 21.11.2025 and 14.07.2026.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to act on the petitioner’s representations dated 21.11.2025 and 14.07.2026 and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
