respondents 5 and 6, as the respondents 5 and 6 are the Revenue Inspector and Village Administrative Officer, respectively.

The case of the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner was assigned an extent of 91 sq.m of land in Survey No.34/45, (Natham Pula No.34/2), situated at Pampatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

It is the further case of the petitioner that the land was assigned to the petitioner by the Tahsildar/third respondent in his proceedings dated 06.12.2024, bearing reference in Veettumanai Oppadai En.1275/1434.

It is submitted that the official respondents 5 and 6, who have been impleaded in their individual capacity as well have acted at the behest of villagers and have removed the fencing put up by the petitioner on the subject land.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has also given a complaint to the fourth respondent, which has been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.0153/2026.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the fourth respondent submits that an enquiry is being conducted in response to the aforesaid complaint, which has been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.0153/2026.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for State of TN for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the fourth respondent, I direct the first respondent to conduct an individual enquiry and take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. The fourth respondent is also directed to act further in response to the complaint of the petitioner acknowledged in C.S.R.No.0153/2026. This exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible.
