The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to the safety and security to petitioner and his properties on the basis of his complaint dated 20.06.2026.

It is seen that the petitioner purchased a property in S.No.191/1 vide Sub Division No.1.00 and 1.44 vide sale deed Document No.6082/2025 and 6083/2025 which was situated in Vettuvapalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District by way of registered sale deed vide Document No.6082/2-25 and 6083/2025, however petitioner could not able to take possession of the subject property since the respondents 3 to 5 are objecting the same. Therefore, petitioner ought to have approached his vendor by way of civil suit which was purchased by him. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted to take possession and at the same time, if any cognizable offence is made out by the respondents 3 to 5, the 2^nd respondent shall register the FIR.
