Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of declartion, declaring that the appointment of the respondents No.7 to 9 (7th respondent appointed as physical education teacher at the Government High School, Panangudi the 8^th respondent was appointed as Tailaring Instructor at Panchayat Union Middle School, Senthangudi, Needamangalam Taluk, and the 9^th respondent appointed as Drawing Instructor at Government High School (Needamangalam) made by the 5^th and 6^th respondents as illegal, void, arbitrary and against the Constitutional provisions and also guidelines available in G.O.(MS)No.177 dated 11.11.11 issued by the 1^st respondent and consequently to direct the 3^rd to 6^th respondents to appoint the petitioners as instructors in the respective post as against the respondents.

Ms. P. Makeshwari, Counsel Representing Mr. P. Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration any further and, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The representing counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle.

In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement made by

the representing counsel on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner in the bundle, the Writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
