This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the

respondents 1 and 2 to survey the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition with the assistance of the 3 rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She seeks for survey of the property through the respondents 1 and 2 with the assistance of 3 rd respondent. She claims that the respondents 4 and 5 are objecting to the survey.

Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the survey of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is conducted in the presence of the respondents 4 and 5, after hearing their objections, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in the presence of respondents 4 and 5 with the assistance of the 3 rd respondent, only after considering the objections of the respondents 4 and 5, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
