The petitioner seeks for re-survey of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that in view of the dispute raised by a third party and in view of the obstructions caused by him, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach a Civil Court to redress the petitioner’s grievance.
