ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the
records relating to the prospectus for admission to M.B.B.S/B.D.S degree courses for the year 2022-2023, to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to offer one seat in the M.B.B.S course for the year 20222023 under Special Category (Sports Quota) to the petitioner.
the said Academic Year 2022-2023 is over, the Academic Year itself has come to an end and now, we are in the year 2025 and the petitioner cannot
now be granted the medical seat as prayed for. Secondly, when the petitioner’s marks have been calculated as per the prospectus, the petitioner belatedly challenges the prospectus. If, according to the petitioner, the prospectus does not properly fix the criteria for granting of marks in the Special Category, the petitioner ought to have challenged the same at the outset and after participating in the selection, merely because the petitioner’s cut-off did not come within the limit, she cannot turn around and challenge
the prospectus. The prospectus is framed and on that basis, hundreds of seats are allotted and all the students are admitted and are now undergoing the course and now, they will be in the third year. Therefore, at this distant

point of time, neither the prospectus can be quashed nor the petitioner can be
granted admission.
