The prayer in the writ petition is to permit the petitioner to pay the balance fees of Rs.37,000/- as per the order of allotment dated 30.10.2022 issued by the 2^nd respondent board whereby the petitioner was allotted a seat in Chemical Engineering Bachelor of Technology in the 4th respondent college.

Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and perusing the material records of the case, it can be seen that the petitioner duly applied for admission and was allotted a seat and by mistake, the petitioner did not pay the fee in time and therefore, the petitioner approached this Court and by way of

an interim order, the petitioner was permitted by this Court to pay the balance

fees beyond the cut off date and the petitioner is also now undergoing the
