Challenging the impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 14.07.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner presented the sale deed dated 27.06.2026 for registration before the 3rd respondent. However, the same was refused vide the impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 14.07.2026 on the ground of lack of proper sub-division. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no rival claim in respect of the subject property.

The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in the event of mentioning the proper sub-division number in the document and upon representation, there will be no impediment for the 3rd

respondent in registering the sale deed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is

directed to re-present the sale deed with correct sub division number if any to be included and on such re-presenting the document, the 3^rd respondent is directed

to register the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
