Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to fix the valuation for the document, referred by the second respondent in Document No.2150 of 2008 if not fixed within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court after affording opportunity to petitioner and upon fixation of the deficit stamp duty to be payable the same for the Document No. 2150 of 2008 the same maybe communicated to petitioner forthwith in order to pay the same and get the document released.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
