The petitioner challenges the order dated 20.08.2024 passed by the first respondent whereby, the cheque signing power of the petitioner of the second respondent Panchayat Union have been withdrawn for a period of six months. Now the period of six months have been expired.

to the interim order passed by this Court, the cheque signing of the petitioner was restored.
