The petitioner challenges the notification dated 06.12.2024 issued by the 6^th respondent inviting bids from the eligible contractors for renovation of Government High Schools.

Learned counsel for the 6^th respondent submitted that pursuant to the

tender notification, bids were processes and the work order has been issued to

the successful bidders. She further submitted more than 50% of the work order under the contract has been completed in the year 2025. Moreover, the petitioner has not challenged the work order issued infavour of the successful bidders.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 6^th respondent, this Court is of the view that nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
