This writ petition is filed for the following relief:

pay of TNRPSR 2009 in terms of the G.O.Ms.No 240, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.07.2013.”

The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Director of Ex Servicemen Welfare, Tanjavur with effect from 11.04.2008. The petitioner’s basic pay was fixed at entry level in the pre revised scale of Rs.8000/- by order of the Director of Ex-Servicemen’s Welfare dated

03.10.2007. The petitioner would submit that there is anomaly in pay fixation and therefore he made a representation to the respondents. Since

there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 21.11.2025 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to the 3^rd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
