This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1^st respondent to pass appropriate order on the appeal dated 14.10.2025 made by the petitioner against the proceedings of the 2^nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.074064 / W1/ E3/ 2024 dated 12.09.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court,

without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 14.10.2025 made by the petitioner against the order dated 12.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
