This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of their appeal pending on the file of the 4^th respondent with regard to the request of the petitioners for cancellation of Patta No.1789 issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 9 and consequently, restore Patta No.67 in favour of the petitioners. Since the appeal dated 17.12.2025 has not been disposed of till date, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 3^rd respondent to dispose of the petitioners’ appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the private respondents viz., respondents 5 to 9 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the private respondents viz., respondents 5 to 9, notice to the respondents 5 to 9 is dispensed with by this Court in this Writ Petition.
