JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the Decree and Judgment made in A.S.No. 96 of 2002, dated March 30, 2004 on the file of Additional District Sessions Judge, Thirupathur, Fast Track Court, Vellore District, by confirming the Decree and Judgment made in O.S.No. 68 of 2000, dated August 16, 2001 on the file of Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District.

appearing for the Appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file. A scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:-
