This Court, on hearing both sides, perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The first respondent Krishnaveniammal passed away on June 27, 2023 leaving behind the 5^th respondent S.Gandhimathi, W/o.Seetharaman as her legal heir/legal representative. This petition is filed to bring on record Legal Heir/Legal Representative of the deceased first respondent. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil
