ORDER

Mr.C.Ramaraj, representing Mr.M.Guruprasad, Counsel on record for the Petitioners and Ms.Shalini, representing Mr.A.Sivaji, Counsel on record for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are before the Court.

2.Ms.Shalini, representing Mr.A.Sivaji, Counsel on record for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 takes notice on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

3.This Court has perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4.The 4^th Appellant- Senthilkumar, passed away on September 16, 2021, leaving behind his wife viz., Mageshwari, and two minor children, viz., Chitrabala and Dharshan.

5.Reason stated in the affidavit is satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

6.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
