2.It could be seen that the petitioner has suffered an ex-parte order in DVC No.8 of 2023 on 29.05.2023. Alleging violation of the said order, Crl.M.P.No.5807 of 2024 have been filed by the respondents herein by invoking Section 31 of the Domestic Violence Act. Due to the non-appearance on 11.02.2026, NBW has been issued as against the petitioner.

3.Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 28.08.2026 and on her surrender, the NBW shall stand recalled by the trial Court.

4.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
