The present petition has been filed by the complainant in Cr.M.P.No.2950 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil seeking a direction to comply with the order, dated 16.02.2026 and direct the second respondent to register FIR.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, they would comply with the order within a period of two weeks.
