The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in

Cr.No.255 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent police seeking transfer of investigation.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,

even though serious injuries caused to the petitioner, minor provisions of IPC have been invoked and hence, prays for transfer of investigation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the third respondent police are waiting for the Wound Certificate from the Hospital and as and when they receive the same, they will file the charge sheet.

4.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to file the charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
