The present petition has been filed A1 and A2 in C.C.No.617 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein the petitioners are charged with the offences under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.

Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3.Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No. 617 of 2025 on

the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, is hereby quashed.
