ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent
Police to execute the judgment/order passed by the learned Magistrate of FTC-II Court at Allikulam in C.C.No.293 of 2016, dated 11.02.2026.
2.The petitioner, who is the complainant in C.C.No.293 of 2026 on the file of XXXV Metropolitan Magistrate Court (FTC-II), Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, filed for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, seeks execution of the conviction warrant issued against the 3rd respondent/accused, pursuant to the judgment of the trial Court dated 11.02.2026.
3.The learned Government Counsel (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the 3rd respondent was arrested by the 2nd respondent and produced for remand on 19.05.2026.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the arrest of the 3rd respondent/accused, the accused had approached the petitioner to settle the issues and the issue has been resolved and now, the case has been compromised and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
