The petitioners had earlier filed a direction petition in Crl.O.P. No.

35747 of 2025 and the said petition was ordered by order dated 26.12.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 1^st

petitioner’s name is ‘Vasanthi’ and it has been wrongly mentioned in the said order as ‘Vasantha’. Hence, the present amendment petition.

Learned Government Counsel (Crl.Side) for respondents 1 and 2 also submitted that the 1^st petitioner’s name is ‘Vasanthi’ and not ‘Vasantha’.

In view of the above submissions, this amendment petition is

ordered and Registry is directed to carry out aforesaid corrections in the order dated 26.12.2025 in Crl.O.P. No. 35747 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
