ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the Petitioners to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased Murugan S/o Late Madheswaran and rank them as respondents in the above Second Appeal.

According to the petitioners, Murugan S/o Late Madheswaran died leaving behind the proposed respondents as legal heirs. Therefore, filed this petition to record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of Murugan S/o Late Madheswaran.

Though this Court ordered notice on 02.12.2025 to the proposed

respondents and the notice has also been served on the proposed parties, none appears for the proposed respondents. Further, there is no objection on the side of the respondents 2 to 4.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the

petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow the petition.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the case on 03.02.2026.
