This Petition has been filed by the Petitioners to bring the respondent no.16 Eswari (daughter) and the respondent no.17, A.Srinivasan (Son of the deceased daughter, Menaka) on record along with appellants 1 & 2 and the respondents 1 to 3 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 1^st respondent and rank them as respondents in the above Second Appeal

According to the petitioners, the 1^st respondent died leaving behind the proposed respondents and others as legal heirs. Further, some of the legal heirs of the 1^st respondent are already on record, viz., appellants 1 and 2 and respondents 2 to 4. Apart from that, the proposed parties are also legal heirs of the deceased 1^st respondent. Therefore, filed this application.

Though this Court ordered notice on 02.12.2025 to the proposed respondents and the notice has also been served on the proposed parties, none appears for the proposed respondents and other respondents. Further, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow the application.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and post on 03.02.2026.
